‍ ‍ ‍I’m a Footwear & Accessories Designer with over a decade of experience designing luxury and contemporary products from concept through commercialization. My work brings together concept, color, material, proportion, hardware, and craftsmanship with a deep understanding of footwear construction and development.

I’ve always been drawn to the research and storytelling behind design. Inspiration often begins outside of footwear, through vintage fashion and objects, travel, architecture, interiors, and art history. I love understanding the history behind a reference and finding ways to reinterpret it through silhouette, material, color, construction, or an unexpected detail so that it feels modern and relevant.

Throughout my career, I’ve designed footwear and accessories for brands including Sarah Flint, Coach, Reebok, Etienne Aigner, Botkier, Michael Kors, and Elie Tahari. At Sarah Flint, I worked across the full design process for luxury footwear and accessories, from seasonal concepts, sketching, CADs, color and material, prints, embellishments, and hardware through lasts, heels, outsoles, fit, and technical development. My experience at Coach further shaped my approach to concept, color, material, and seasonal storytelling, while my current work with Reebok has expanded my leadership experience while keeping me hands-on in footwear design and development.

Craft and making are an important part of how I think as a designer. I’ve worked closely with factories, artisans, tanneries, and suppliers in Italy and around the world, traveling internationally for material sourcing, fittings, prototype reviews, and production development. These experiences have given me an appreciation for the technical decisions behind a beautifully made product and an understanding of how to protect a creative idea as it moves from sketch to production.

I hold a BFA in Accessories Design with a minor in Art and Fashion History from the Fashion Institute of Technology and studied Footwear Design & Construction at London College of Fashion. That foundation continues to influence the way I approach research, craftsmanship, and design today.
